MeTerra shall not be liable or liable for compensation for any damage and non-material damage resulting from failure to provide support services.

You are free to use our website in accordance with the Law and morals. The responsibility for the contents of the transactions rests solely with you. MeTerra does not exercise any kind of correction or interference with the data you transfer. We only ask that you fill in the following fields (name, address, email) correctly in the online contact forms. You also agree not to transmit through the site, content that is against the Law and the users of methods.

The website includes material, trademarks and other content owned by MeTerra and protected by law. All contents of the website (including texts, graphics, images, photos and software) are the intellectual property of MeTerra and are protected by German and International Law. Any copying, reproduction and retransmission of the material without MeTerra’s written permission is prohibited.

Limits of Liability

By using our website, you fully agree that the use is at your own risk. MeTerra makes every effort to provide high quality service but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or mistakes. Any reference or link to another site is provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the contents, products and services provided (advertising or sale) on these sites.

Current Law

MeTerra is controlled by German Law which will guide the use of the site and its interpretation. If you choose to access our site from another country, you are responsible for following the Laws of that country. The above terms constitute the full agreement with MeTerra which has the right to make changes to the content of the site and the superior terms without any notice.

This confidentiality statement relates to the MeTerra site

When you send a request online, the information you provide to us is used to answer your question online. We consider the requests you fill out and the e-mail you send to be confidential. We only pass on the content of these content to the directly concerned addressee and to the law, if requested or if the content of the message we consider to be affecting us.

MeTerra has links to other sites. We are not responsible for their security policy or how they manage their online visitors.

Records, forms, and newsletters

Your registration in the list of recipients of our newsletters through MeTerra, is free and is not mandatory for your navigation or ordering any product. Your registration ends by entering your e-mail address in the corresponding field. By completing your registration and confirming it by e-mail, you give your express consent to send you informational and promotional material about our products and offers, as well as other related advertising messages. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder. Check your spam folder regularly to make sure they are not stored there.

Transaction security

All transactions you make through the MeTerra website are governed by International and European Law, which regulates matters relating to e-commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Act. This Regulation should therefore be amended as amended by Regulation (EC) No 2251/1994.

For your payment by credit card we cooperate with the bank. To enter your card details the system takes you to a special page of the bank where you give your details. In practice, the security we provide is that provided by the bank for its transactions. Both our website and the partners who work on it have no contact with your credit card, do not see or can see its number and therefore there is no way to steal your information.

With the payment option via PayPal you are transferred to the PayPal site through which your payment is made in a maximum security environment. None of the people responsible for our website has the ability to see or process your credit card details.

Payment Methods

1. By credit card

Our online store accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are redirected to a secure website of the bank with which we cooperate in order to protect your sensitive data from maximum online security systems. For purchases with your credit card follow the instructions on the bank’s secure (https://) website.

2. Through PayPal

In order to pay in this way you must have or create an account on the secure website https://www.paypal.com by linking your debit or credit card. This way you do not have to give your credit card details to our system every time, but it is enough to make the choice PayPal. This payment method may have a small financial burden from the service provider that you expressly acknowledge and for which we are not responsible.

3. By bank deposit

In case you wish to deposit the value of your order into our account, you can do so in the following accounts:

Shipping

1. By Post – You will receive a notice and within 15 days you must go to the Post Office of your area (at the address indicated in it) and receive your order personally.
2. Via Courier (DHL) – It will be delivered to you by hand at the address you have registered.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is listed on the relevant shopping cart page and is affected depending on the weight and volume of the order and the selected delivery method. Costs are calculated automatically by the system. In some cases, the shipping cost may not be calculated correctly by the system. In this case our company manager will contact you to inform you of the difference in cost, keeping for your part the right to cancel your order if you disagree with this cost, or to choose a different delivery method.

Product Returns

As a Customer you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement in any case of sale of the wrong product or product of poor or even defective quality at our proven fault, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the shipment of the product. In this case you will not incur any costs.

In any case the products must be returned to the condition received by the Customer, complete, without damage, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents. In the event that the refund does not take place within the above deadline or does not meet any of the above requirements, we reserve the right not to accept any refund and replacement.

After receipt and control of the products, the money will be returned within ten (10) days either to the Customer’s bank account, which he has indicated, or at the Customer’s request, the amount will be credited for future purchase.

* Be careful! Seminars, healing sessions and broadcasts are NOT INCLUDED in product returns and are available “as is”!
